Its aims are to gather international experiences  and  discuss strategies that are conducive to promoting the democratization of broadband access in Brazil.,</div>

<div id="_mcePaste" style="overflow: hidden; position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px;">Conceived with the goal of  feeding into the national policy-making agenda, this seminar will cover the following topics: strategies for universal access; technology and radio frequency options for broadband access; limits and opportunities for state intervention; small and medium-sized enterprises, innovative business models and low-cost technologies; successful experiences of universal access and cost-benefit analyses of regulatory policies.</div>
